There are many opportunities for Halloween-goers this Halloween as COVID’s hold over recreational activities has finally eased to a comfortable point. So definitely check out these top 5 attractions if you love a good scare!
1. Halloween Horror Nights
YES, you read that right! Halloween Horror Nights is finally back and ready to make you jump out of your skin! It will be happening from 30th September until 5th November. This year’s attractions will include 3 Haunted Houses, 2 Scare Zones, and 3 Special Experiences.
If you’re planning to go solo, a ticket would cost you SGD68. However, if you’re going with 3 other friends to have some moral support, this will set you back SGD338 (Non-peak) or SGD388 (Peak) depending on your choice of time. This is as spine-chilling as it gets so definitely check it out!
2. Super-Spook
Held at SuperPark SG, a usually recreational complex, the SuperSpook event turns it into an unsettling Haunted Maze. This event will make your hairs stand on end! It runs from:
- 21st to 23rd October: 5:30-7:30 PM
- 28th to 30th October: 8:00-10:00 PM
A ticket for one is $45, access for two is $82, and access for 4 is $160, a good experience for those who prefer a lower price.
3. Craneum
As advertised there will be comedy, horror, and combination. There will be screenings, readings, dinners, and dares. Plenty of activities if you like light-hearted horror with some fun. This event will occur in the following locations from 7:00 – 11:30 pm
- Joo Chiat from 28-29 October
- Kim Yam on 29 October
Tickets are on sale for $35.
4. The Masked Singers
A masquerade ball with mingling, singing, dancing, games, and best of all free-flow drinks for the night included with the price of the ticket of course. The event is happening on Saturday, October 15, 2022, from 5 pm to 1 am, at Seacare Hotel. This would be a fantastic experience for those comfortable with interacting with others who love Masquerades. According to their website, the schedule is as follows:
- 5:00 – 7:30 pm: The Stage is Yours (Singing)
- 8:00 – 9:15 pm : Games & Hosting
- 10:30 – 11:00 pm – Conceal and Reveal together (Masquerade)
- 11:00 pm – 1:00 am – Sing the Night Away.
Prices are at $40.60 per individual.
5. Fright Night at The Museum
If you like Halloween Horror Nights, this event is for you. With an individual entry price of $60, you and a group of strangers will be uncovering the “untold story of Rose, a Nyonya who died tragically in Joo Chiat”. A night around Joo Chiat that includes bewitched terrace houses, a Peranakan Museum, and treasures to be found. This event is going to occur every Saturday night in October: 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th, 30th, and 31st. The event will occur from 8:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
