The remarkable NEOM vision led by Saudi Arabia involves different projects, each with its own offerings. From sports experiences in Trojena to sustainable living in The Line. From luxury retreats in Sindalah to modern industry in Oxagon, Saudi Arabia’s got its work cut out for it.
Oxagon
The biggest project of NEOM is the huge and ambitious Floating Oxagon in NEOM City, which should change the industry in NEOM. It was originally called NEOM Industrial City to maintain the typical outlook of the industrial complex. Oxagon’s shipping port will be situated adjacent to the Suez Canal, which serves 13% of world trade. Using modern technologies and futuristic infrastructure, this project could be effective and convenient for the business and trade for a healthier environment running on 100% clean energy. For NEOM, the future will come to pass much quicker and smoother through the Oxagon project.
The Line
NEOM’s other project, The Line, has shaped the future of urban living. The Line is designed as a 170 km-long linear city with an elevation of 500m, and intends to be a self-sustainable futuristic dwelling space for its inhabitants. Traffic will not exist, nor will there be any cars or emissions. All public transport will utilize renewable energy, and ninety-five percent of the land will be saved for nature, keeping the health and welfare of citizens above all else. Residents will find the best mix of natural landscapes, modern environment, green spaces, and contemporary facilities when they move into The Line, at just an arm’s length away.
Trojena
Amid mountains, Trojena is NEOM’s luxury ski resort, made completely of artificial snow! The unique position promises an extreme sense of privacy and tranquility, with captivating views of adjacent scenery. The Chedi Hotels will also offer some of the most luxurious hotels envisioned as a place of rest and health in Trojena, including spa treatments, wellness centers, private villas, and top-of-the-range restaurants. If you need some relaxation with a soft massage or just skiing on trails, then Trojena is the best place for you. Trojena will in the future host the Asian Winter Games, a popular winter international competition.
Sindalah
Sindalah is an exemplary realm of aquatic innovation and trade. The project comprises an 86-berth marina, 75 offshore buoys, 51 high-end retail outlets, and three hotels run by the Marriott Corporation. With a modern high-tech golf course, it targets top athletes, traders, and entrepreneurs on a global basis. In line with the efforts to promote sustainability by NEOM, it will aim to become a viable tourist destination for environmental awareness. The beautiful environment surrounding Sindalah in the Red Sea, with its more than 600 native species, can be explored by adventurers.
